The bio sauna is part of the 650 m² wellness area at the Naturhotel Reissenlehen. The temperature in the bio sauna ranges between 45 and 60 degrees, with humidity at around 40 to 55 per cent. It is ideal for relaxation, as it does not put too much strain on the circulation. The combination of heat and changing light is used to enhance general well-being.
The different light colours stimulate different sensations: red light has an invigorating effect, promotes blood circulation and activates the heart. Green light calms and promotes balance. Yellow light relieves tension, activates the glands and lifts the spirits. Blue light has a calming effect, lowers blood pressure and promotes relaxation.

Our entire wellness area, including the fitness room, is available to our guests free of charge.
Opening hours indoor pool and wellness area: daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Opening hours fitness room: daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Opening hours sauna: daily from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. (we are happy to heat up our sauna for you in the morning, upon request, if it`s bad weather)
