Information on digital guest card

Dear guests,

when you check in (on site), you will receive an email containing a link to the website for the digital guest card/holiday companion ‘MAXL’.

Do you need the guest card for your journey (arrival by bus/train)?
If so, please let us know by e-mail and we will be happy to send you everything one day before your arrival. (If you have not received an e-mail, please ask at the hotel reception.)

Please follow this link and register on the website.
You will then have access to the digital guest card.
You can share the guest card with your fellow travellers, so that each person can also enjoy the benefits individually.

The digital holiday companion ‘MAXL’ not only contains the guest card…
You will also receive important information, bus timetables, weather information, event tips and much more.

Information on excursion destinations in the region

These Tickets are available at the hotel reception:

Arrival & Departure

-> On the day of arrival, please note the following:

• Check-in from approx. 2 p.m.
  (If you plan to check in later than 7 p.m., please give the hotel a quick call.)

–> On the day of departure, please note the following:

• Check-out by 10:00 a.m.

-> Payment methods:

• Contactless by card or in cash
• credit cards only to a limited extent, no AMEX or DINERS CLUB!
• For departures before 7 a.m., we kindly ask you to settle your bill at reception the day before.

Restaurant opening hours

• Breakfast buffet: 7 a.m. – 10 a.m.
• Afternoon café: 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
• Evening restaurant: hot meals from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

SPA area

• Indoor pool and wellness area: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Sauna: 2 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• (if you would like to use the sauna earlier in case of bad weather, please inform reception)
• Swimming pond (weather permitting): open 24 hours a day
