SAFE
All rooms in our house “Hoher Göll” have a room safe, which is individually programmable by you.
In the main building “Kehlstein” and in the guest house “Jenner” there is a key at the reception deposited for your safe.

SMOKING / CIGARETTES
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in the hotel is not allowed.
If we nevertheless have to detect smoke odor in the room, cleaning and compensation fees will apply. Ashtrays are available outside, e.g. on the terrace or your balcony.
Please make sure to close the balcony door so that the smoke does not enter the room.
In case of unlawful and culpable triggering of the fire alarm,
by smoking in the room, we reserve the right to claim for damages.

SAUNA / INDOOR SWIMMING POOL
Saunas (indoor sauna and log cabin sauna) open for you daily from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., if you want to use them earlier, if it`s bad weather, please let the reception know.
Indoor swimming pool: open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (29 degrees water temperature)
The indoor swimming pool and sauna are located in the basement of the main building
“Kehlstein”, please follow the signs.
Children under 14 years please only accompanied by parents. Parents are liable for their children.
Large towels can be found in your hotel bathroom.
Sauna towels can be found in the lobby. Only 1 towel per person, please think about the environment..

SCANNER
We will be happy to scan your documents for you, for a fee, at the reception desk.

SHOEHORN
In each of our rooms you will find a shoehorn,
If you don’t have one, you can borrow it at the reception.

SHOESHINE MACHINE
This is located in the basement in the house Kehlstein.

SEWING CASE
You can borrow a sewing kit at the reception.
Small sewing can be done on request. (for a fee)

SKI ROOM
You can store your skis in our garage free of charge.
There is also a ski boot warmer in it.
You can unlock it with your room card.
