PAYMENT
Please pay your hotel bill at the reception.
We prefer EC card payment and cash payment,
Credit cards are accepted only conditionally. (AMEX & DINERS CLUB are excluded!)
If you want to check-out before 7 a.m. you must pay your bill a day before leaving.

PARKING PLACES
Parking spaces are available free of charge directly at the hotel.
Please note that the fire department access road must always be kept clear.
You are welcome to rent a carport parking space for 6,00 € per day.

PETS/DOGS
Dogs are allowed in our hotel only conditionally and for an extra charge. (without food)
Please ask for this at our reception.

In Berchtesgaden you find two pharmacies:

PHOTO COPY
We are happy to provide you with copies at our reception desk. (for a fee)

PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB
Please hang the designated sign on the outside door,
if the room is not to be cleaned or you do not wish to be disturbed.
Please note that room cleaning is only available until 12 a.m.
If you wish, you can cancel the room service at the reception.

POST
You are welcome to leave your letters and postcards at the reception.
These will be picked up daily (MO-SA) by the post office.
The nearest post office is in the little shopping center “Nahkauf”, Hauptstr. 24 directly in the village.
