LAUNDRY / CLEANING
You are welcome to leave your dirty laundry at the reception, it will be washed within 24 hours for a fee.
You can leave your laundry in the corresponding laundry bag, which is located in your closet.

LAUNDRY CHANGE
We will change your bed linen after 4 nights one time a week and on request, daily (for a fee).
Towels are changed daily. Please also see our environmental notice in your bathroom.
(Your bathrobe and slippers are for the whole stay and we do not change it for free).

LETTER MARKERS
These are available at the reception desk, as well as postcards. (for a fee)

LOST AND FOUND
If you find any objects, please hand them in at our reception.
If you are looking for lost items, please also contact the reception.

LUGGAGE
We are happy to deposit your luggage at the reception free of charge.
Please ask the reception staff. The hotel does not assume any liability for deposited items.

LUNCHPACKAGE
We will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for your excursion, if you order in advance
or on the day of departure to take away, for the price of 6,00 €.
